What is Zumba?
A dance fitness class inspired by Latin and international music, incorporating a variety of Latin dance moves. All fitness levels welcome - ages 12 and up - men and women.

Zumba is cardio-based with elements of resistance and sculpting. Burns the fat and shapes the body.
What should I wear to class?
Flat sneakers, comfortable stretchy clothing and bring a hand towel
- you WILL sweat!!!! Bring water or buy a bottle at the
studio. Important to stay hydrated.
When can I come?
Wednesdays, 6-7pm and Saturdays, 10-11am
